Writing about this topic threw me back to some days ago, when my brother was talking about the kind of money celebrities own, In his words he said Celebrities like musicians own too much money for real,like what do they actually sing that gives them so much money for real I replied and said they’ve got shows, selling of albums, tours, endorsements deals and illegal businesses too, because for real they own too much money, I personally don’t believe they make all their money from music, acting or sports.
Some might probably have legal business they are running too, but some really deal with other shady business like selling of hard drugs.
The way this people flaunt their money they spend on cars, houses and clothes is actually really alarming, we’ve all seen so many allegations on some celebrities, that part of their live they do not talk about, they only use the fact of being a public show biz figure to cover up what they really do. This also goes out to the politicians too, especially in Nigeria, having so much allowance for doing absolutely nothing.
Although Celebrities work can’t be predicted as they go into different things, just to make sure the cash is flowing in their accounts, but I strongly belive many do go into illegal businesses.
The government can’t really look into them as many of them are actually related to each other, some of the government officials are even God father’s to some. Once you’re connected to the government, you’re automatically a saint, nobody has the right to question you or go through your account.
And as for doctors, “people that saves lifes and take care of the parts of the body” these people are really underrated, I think they should be as wealthy as the celebrities too, they should be given allowances by the government for a great job weldone. They are always working, they hardly have time for family, I know of so many doctors that actually have their family home built inside or close the hospital, this is because of the Emergency they normally get, so they can be on time to save lifes.
And Teachers are actually superior to all, to any other profession you can think of, they are the most underrated people in the world of professionals, these people are patients enough to teach and lecture students who later becomes celebrities in the future.
They have the poorest salaries of all, they are being used and in return gets nothing, government always struggle to pay them at the end of month, which is not supposed to be so, but on the other hand, if salaries for health workers and teachers skyrocs, this also means that fees in schools and hospitals will also increase, parents hardly get money to pay fees, more reason why children are being sent to public schools without any form of care or attention from the school. I have seen how doctors ignore people because of fees and deposits, imagine if doctor’s were suppose to earn like celebrities then definitely, many people would just prefer to die at home.
But well I don’t think its fair that celebrities make millions and even billions, while 95% of teachers are eating hand to mouth, something should definitely be done about this situation, many doctors are well to do with because they dont take any chances when its time to bill patients. But for sure they are not up to celebrities, their accounts and business should be cross checked by government officials.

The government needs to invest in quality education, equip the health care facilities and also pay doctors and teachers well. These are some of the reasons why most Nigerian doctors and teachers are relocating to other countries.
