Twist the pigtail overhead gently. When the wires intersect at right angles and in the correct braids, the mutual inductance will be zero. We do not need additional inductance.
Then these leads were soldered to the capacitor plates. The conclusions were taken with capron clamps, so that they would not move. During discharge of the capacitor, large currents are pre-empted, which will cause mechanical movement of the contacts.
The next step is to come up with a body. Most likely the case will make of polyethylene. To make the capacitor compact.
I need to dry the condenser, evacuate air and moisture and then fill it with oil.
