আসসালামু আলাইকুম আশা করছি সকলে অনেক অনেক বেশি ভালো আছেন।আমিও আলহামদুলিল্লাহ ভালো আছি। আবারো ফিরে এলাম আপনাদের মাঝে নতুন একটি রেসিপি নিয়ে। আমার আজকের রেসিপিটি হচ্ছে পপকর্ণ ভাজা তৈরি।আশা করছি আমার এই সহজ রেসিপিটি আপনাদের ভালো লাগবে। তো চলুন শুরু করা যাক।
Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is doing very well. I am also doing well, Alhamdulillah. I am back with a new recipe for you. My recipe today is to make fried popcorn. I hope you will like this simple recipe of mine. So let's get started.
এটা হচ্ছে ভুট্টা। বাজারে সাধারণত দুই ধরনের ভুট্টা পাওয়া যায়। একটা হচ্ছে বড় আর একটা হচ্ছে ছোট। আর এই ছোট ভুট্টা দিয়েই তৈরি করা যায় পপকর্ণ ভাজা।এই খাবারটা বিশেষ করে বাচ্চাদের অনেক পছন্দের একটা খাবার। আর খুবই সহজ ভাবে তৈরি করেও নেওয়া যায়।
This is corn. There are two types of corn generally available in the market. One is large and the other is small. And popcorn can be made with this small corn. This food is a favorite food especially for children. And it can be made very easily.
এখানে আমি এক টেবিল চামচ সরিষার তৈল এবং এক টেবিল চামচ সয়াবিন তৈল এছাড়াও স্বাদমতো লবণ দিয়েছি। যে কোনো এক প্রকার তৈল দিলেও হবে। আমি স্বাদ বাড়ানোর জন্য দুই ধরনের তৈল দিয়েছি। এতে করে খাবারটা অনেক মজার হয়।
Here I have added one tablespoon of mustard oil and one tablespoon of soybean oil and also salt to taste. You can use any type of oil. I have added two types of oil to enhance the taste. This makes the food very tasty.
চুলার জ্বাল মিডিয়ামে দিয়ে সবকিছু নেড়েচেড়ে মিশিয়ে নেব।
I'll turn the stove on medium heat and stir everything together.
যখনই একটা দুইটা এভাবে ফুটতে শুরু করবে তখনই আমি একটা ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে দিব।
Whenever one or two of them start to boil like this, I'll cover them with a lid.
যতক্ষণ পর্যন্ত সম্পন্ন গুলো না ফুটছে আমি এভাবে ঢাকনা দিয়ে ঢেকে অপেক্ষা করতে থাকবো।
I will continue to wait like this, covered with a lid, until the finished products are cooked.
সবগুলো ফুটে মাশাল্লাহ একদম পপকর্ণ তৈরি হয়ে গিয়েছে। এখন আমি ঢাকনাটা খুলে নিবো।
