35 acres is a lot; 2 acres is enough to make serious money with a micro-farm. And you can create a permaculture forest to sustain a family on single acre, but that takes time, small animals & successful experimenting.
God man im jealous i wish i had that much space, i could plant a sweeeet ass garden.
