Dear readers,
how was your day? How nice of you to be here again. So glad to have you.
I shall be thrilling you with a beverage, a drink which many consider as the most widely consumed liquid besides water. It is called COFFEE.

For many, leaving for work each day without a cup of coffee means that they will hardly function well. They feel a kind of energizing lift especially because of the caffeine it contains and so enjoy a pleasure of its richness and the aroma.
Coffee is a drink from coffee beans, roasted fruit of the coffea arabica bush.

b) it helps in the prevention of stroke
c)It helps in the treatment of obesity
d)It increases longevity.
e)it relieves fatigue
f)it prevents cancer of the lungs
g)helps in the treatment of ADHD(attention deficit-hyperactivity disease)

Despite the above benefits, many still take a few cups of coffee for fear of its negative sides effects. But thanks to recent studies which we shall next consider.

RECENT FINDINGS ABOUT COFFEE
A recent study examined coffee consumption, to see if it could be related to "all-cause or cause specific mortality" using a sample population comprising of representatives from ten (10) European countries. I mean to show if drinking coffee was related to a reduced risk of death from various causes.

The first study surveyed about 520,000 persons from the sampled ten (10) European countries and found that drinking coffee always would significantly reduce the risk of mortality.

A second study surveyed about 185,000 non white population from different walks of life---African -Americans,Hawaiians, Latinos, Japanese-Americans etc. Still the findings reveal that coffee increases longevity even across the various races that were sampled.

Quoting Setiawan Veronica Wendy, an associate professor of preventive medicine, she says " given these diverse populations, all these people have different life styles. They have different dietary habits and different susceptibilities..........and we still find similar patterns".

It suffices to say that the researchers found out that the more the participants took coffee, the more they recorded a low risk of death. About 25% of the coffee drinkers in that study drank like 3 or more cups per day. 18% had lower risk of death when checked in comparison with those who had no coffee drink. The men were 12% unlikely to die compared to those who a tritely avoided drinking coffee while the women also drank a lot of coffee, yet they were about 7% unlikely to die early.
Coffee has a lot of antioxidants and those who drink it have low risk of serious diseases. As mentioned above, recent studies show that they even live healthier and longer

DOES IT MEAN COFFEE NEVER HAD OR HAS NO SIDE EFFECT?
Drinking coffee containing caffeine can cause sleeplessness, nervousness and subsequently, restlessness. It can lead to to headache, agitation etc. Many believe that if someone drinks coffee more often than not, it can trigger heart attack.

More so, some argue that coffee has mycotoxins and mycotoxins are harmful. Really mycotoxins are in coffee, whether roasted, unroasted, brewed etcc. That not withstanding, it is important to know that this mycotoxins are also present in other foods such as wine, beer, grains,, peanut butter, etc.
However, the level of mycotoxins in these foods are minimal and not enough to cause harm. Besides toxins, such as mycotoxins are everywhere. We can not avoid them. But if they are in small amount and may not cause health risk, i believe it is of no consequence. See another chart below

SHOULD YOU/SHOULD YOU NOT DRINK COFFEE EVERYDAY?
It is up to you. This piece is only to expose you to a recent finding about coffee, which makes it a healthy beverage that improves longevity in human, not just a good drink with few drawbacks.

coffee is good for you and at the same time, it is ok to hold back about drinking it, hoping that you will do more findings and see coffee for what it actually represents. You'll bet your findings will not be far fetched, you'll see that drinking a few cups of coffee helps to protect even your DNA from damage and put you in line for a longer, healthier life.

So if you are used to drinking coffee, drink on and enjoy your self but if you do not drink coffee and have no plan to begin now, sure! no problem, go ahead , drink your tea or water.

Thanks for your time.
I adore you
