So..you know how chickens really like tomatoes? It turns out so does other birds, wild birds..
As we walked around in the garden we noticed there was a couple of tomatoes, green ones laying around. We thought it was the last couple of days strong winds that was the culprit. Until we saw the ripe tomato in the picture above. WTF!!

Something had eaten half of the tomato. A quick google told us that wild birds also like ripe tomatoes...

I reached to pick another ripe one..
So, we have a robin thats been hanging around a lot. We suspect its him. But we also saw a couple of yellow finches the other day, so beautiful, but also likely to be the guilty ones.

The advice we saw given was birdbaths and bird netting. We will try the baths first.
Anyone else have that have experienced this? And how did you solve it?
