And as it does, our little guardian puppy is becoming a young man. He is three months old and his bark is definitely deepening and he is already taking on his guardian role on his own.
When outside he stays near the house and when he rests it is right near the house. He even had his first trial of staying at the he house running loose while I went to town...and he did great!!! Upon my return he was laying at the front door guarding the house.
We also have a neighbor for from a couple miles down the road that comes to visit us regularly. He showed up today, and Simba was on point and acted as good as a guard dog could be expected to act. He was defensive, but did not attack because there was not a true threat.💪💪
BUT TO THE POINT...
His bark has went from a cute puppy bark....to a slightly deep aggressive bark. Here's a video showing the difference... I hope you enjoy as it took me a bit to figure out the vidoe editor to make it.😂😂
WHAT A TIME
Watching him grow has been so much fun so far, and we love him so much and we look forward to continuing to bond with him over the next several years.
