Me and my brother did our End of the summer season harvests...Soooo many tomatoes (salsa verde coming soon) So many peppers! I’m slicing the big bell peppers to freeze for cooking and keeping small ones in the fridge for salads and fresh eating and thencleaning and freezing my serranos and jalapeños I’ll make two more jars of pickles jalapeños to add to the pickled pepper stash and in gonna dry up the red cayenne sand serranos and jalapeños to make a pepper powder all the dirt work, all the trimming, all the fertilizing, all the work I put into my garden this year has been sooo worth it I have never eaten more fresh produce in my life and im so glad I have an abundance to save and preserve for the winter months...
