As described in our previous post, https://peakd.com/introduceyourself/@newparadigmff/new-paradigm-family-farm-introduce-yourself, we invited our neighbour @giants13 to learn deeper about Hive.
In fact, @giants13 has been our new neighbour for only few months. We gave him eggs in the past, quite a few times already. Over the relative few occasions we talked, we had multiple conversations about cryptos, Hive blockchain and the nature of our contribution on Hive & at large. We were discussing $ChickenDay tokens before it was even a thing on Hive.
It was all theorical for him and still he was interested enough to invite me over at his place where I could show on screen all Hive does. Let me tell you that having eggs to give away was a good opportunity for us to discuss this whole New Paradigm farming concept.
I had him read our #introduceyourself post (above link☝️).
He liked the idea of creating his own account, so we did it together. We took the time to talk about account keys, security, cloud exchange platforms vs Hive, etc.
We went over the Hive tokens, Hive Back Dollars, powering up concept, delegations, communities, tags and Hive-Engine.com
I gave him a real time example by sending him few Swap.Hive and exploring his wallets.
How cool to witness how amazed he was about how easy and simple this all was.
From there we explored the Hive-Engine market and bought $ChickenDay tokens for the next eggs delivery.
Now our family wonders if we should eat those eggs or have a dozen ready ASAP!
We need to increase production capacity!
