In my neighborhood there is a 1 acre parcel for sale for a pretty good price. Why can’t I get crypto rich faster to be able to buy it? Haha.
I am the type that would turn this piece of land into a huge project and have a tiny house on it with a fruit farm. It’s 3x bigger than our current plot of land, so that would mean much more privacy, and many more fruit trees.
Who would rather live here than in a high-rise? Hurry up cryptos and make me crypto rich so I can homestead on a bigger scale! That is all.

What are the tiny house rules in your neck of the woods?
I think there is no minimum sq ft requirement in my county but does need to meet code for bathroom and electric.

I think in the end I would much rather bust my butt creating life on my own land than pay even more for a tiny urban home where I have to work my life away just to afford. I hope you can achieve your dream soon!
