I'm one of those people who often wish for calm, but when you put it like that...ummmm not so much lol.
It's been a rollercoaster the last while but hope you are doing ok. Thank you for the reminder to be grateful to be alive even with all the bumps and caverns along the way.

I am also, which is why I thought hearing that hit home so much and made me rethink many things....
Been a rollercoaster with a lot of inside down loop de loops here. but now I am afraid to not embrace it all for the lucky fact I am still alive. I am hoping in the next few weeks things will start looking brighter.
