It was not easy to change myself physically. I avoided everything I love to eat,drink, and do.
Things that I don't do during losing weight and hope...ππ
- No to soda.
 2.No to sweets.
 3.No to alcohol.
 4.No to bread.
- No to red meats.
 6.No to stress. (But I am stress avoidibg all of the foods I like.)
- No to bad fats.
 8.No to too much salty.
The things I do..π
- Yes to exercise.
 2.Yes to veggies.
- Yes to sleeping early.
 4.Yes to only water.
 5.Yes to weight training.
Do not lose hope just keep believing yourself.
Maybe you will have a lot of struggles at first but you will used to it at last.
