Kuda merupakan hewan yg tak asing di seluruh dunia, begitu juga di daerah Gayoe Lues di Aceh, yg setiap tahun nya ada perlombaan pacuan kuda bertepatan dengan ulang tahun kabupaten Gayo Lues tersebut, di saat perlombaan pacuan kuda dapat lihat bahwa acara perlombaan tersebut sudah di ketahui secarik tingkat nasional. Pada saat perlombaan kita bisa menjampui orang dari seluruh Indonesia dan ada juga dari luar negeri.
