But now, instead of trying to banish them, I simply sit near them like a friend. I allow them to be there, acknowledging their presence without judgment or urgency. And what I've found is truly remarkable: they pass much more gently when I don't try to evict them or fight against them. It’s like they just move through me, softer and less disruptive.
