1. Smile
Smiling is a symbol of happiness. So, once you wake up, smile to whatever you see; i.e. ceiling, pillows, blankets, etc. This is a great way to start the day happily.
2. Flowers
Flowers will fill the morning with fresh atmosphere and help you be in good mood throughout the day.
3. Bright colors
You may buy new set of bed sheets, pillowcase, blanket with bright colors. This will help you start the day with a lot of energy.
4. Stretch yourself gently
It's not necessary to exercise outside. You just stretch your body gently on the bed. This will help you feel relax once you wake up.
5. Listen to your favorite music
Your favorite songs will help you start the day happily.
6. Beautiful pictures
Decorate your bedroom with beautiful pictures. You may place the pictures in the position that you can obviously see them first when you wake up. This will help you feel fresh and happy.
7. Water
What should be done to bring fresh and happiness to your body is to drink 1 - 2 glasses of water at room temperature immediately after you wake up. While you are sleeping, your blood is more intensive than usual because there is no water get into your body. So, drinking water immediately after waking up will help the blood flow well. This will help you feel active and alert all day.
