This is my cute little jewelry tree that I made out of an old liguor bottle and great bendable wire.
A pair of plyers and you are all set.

You can choose from on old bottle, jar, or even a vase perhaps that is not being used. It's all a matter of perspective. I honestly can't remember how, where, or even why I accuired this wire but I am glad I did, because it works perfectly.

You can make as many stems (branches) as you'd like depending on how many jewelry items you want to store here. Just grip one end of the wire while squeezing and twisting the other end to form a loop at the top.

For the final touch, you can get creative with this last step. Decorating is by far the best part. You can paint it, glitter it, and/or bedazzle it. Myself, I found a turquoise piece of burlap ribbon and just twisted it around the bottom real quick. I will most likely be polishing it up a bit more later on.
