RE: How To Overcome Anxiety and Fear

This is pure gold, so many wise words in this writing. I gave up smoking almost ten years ago, can't even remember when it was. Coffee was a more difficult one but did it three and a half years ago. Now I'm working on getting my sleep in order and I see you have it first on your goal list. Breakfast in time is not a problem but going to bed early is and it's affecting my sleep.

I've been monitoring my sleep for the past week and it's confirmed what I have known already, which is too much light sleep and not enough deep sleep, therefore the tiredness. So I'm working on fixing it somehow.

In any case, big congrats to you!

Sleep is a HUGE one for me - so many missed hours. I think if I ckeep cutting back the coffee we will see an improvement there :)

I hope cutting back on coffee will work for you but I suspect we need more. Turning off all electronic devices two hours before going to sleep may have a better result. And this is also what specialists say. Also, how much you sleep before midnight may determine the quality of your sleep ☹️☹️☹️

Can we do that?
