Well... it kind of depends. Asking a person to substantiate the claims that they make is a step in the right direction.

Also... this thread might prove useful.

Keep in mind that your antagonist holds the power. Roll with the impacts, as you have little choice. Under no circumstances do you flag back. Bullies want that.
