ICE is a community engagement firm that aims to create a balanced healthy community. We do not intend to support only clients' based interactions. We understand that the crypto community is just as important as the project devs, hence we strive to build a friendly atmosphere where project Devs and community members will interact truthfully and peacefully. On this note, we have established some simple rules and regulations as an extension of basic courtesy and safety for interaction purposes:

  1. Always Show Respect

Everyone's opinion matters — however you are expected to kindly express it in a manner that others won't feel offended by it.  Whether you are having a conversation with a team member or interacting with a community member, please treat everyone with a high level of respect. There will always be differences in opinions, and it is completely normal and expected. Therefore, don't be shy to share your thoughts in a way that does not bash others ego. Also acknowledge everyones viewpoints respectfully. If you disagree with the project team's decision about a particular matter or event, feel free to express that in a constructive way that brings value to the community and the project itself.

  1. Strive to Transmit Value

To create a strong and healthy community for the projects you support, be part of those who bring real value to the projects by being socially and financially involved (afterall all projects need community support to survive). To bring more value to the project and its community, as an investor or supporter, contribute to the projects' ICOs, TGEs or STOs, participate in bounties, subscribe to all social media channels, engage in community discussions across all chat and social media channels, and explain projects’ strengths and the reasons you believe in or support it. Share project-related news, write your own blog posts and even give suggestions to the team where necessary.

  1. Focus on Project

Spammy contents and other related posts or comments that does not promote the projects inview are not allowed in all projects' chat, professional and social media channels. Community members who break this rule will be removed from the group. Keep off-topic discussions to an acceptable minimum. Let's keep to this rule! :)

  1. Read Pinned Messages

All ICE moderated Telegram and Discord groups have a pinned message which contains important information regarding the project inview. Please endeavour to read the pinned message first each time you join any ICE moderated group and always use it as a trusted source of information moving forward.

  1. Use the Official Language Only

ICE is a global community engagement firm that moderate both English and local groups in any other languages. As long as our clients ask for it (in any language at all) we give it to them. We love it, project Devs love it, and the community also love it when we keep discussions in the original language of a particular group. If you do not understand the language of the local group, kindly check the pinned message to get the group link for your preferred language.

  1. Price Speculation or Price Talk

You can speculate in price talks of any project, but not just in the official projects' channels. Due to legislation on market speculation, the project team, and ICE cannot discuss the future of price of tokens on exchanges. Once a Token Sale is over, all trading discussions (price and exchanges) will be moved to the trading and exchange group. Let's keep things civil for everyone's social and financial benefits!

  1. Don't get Scammed!

It is bad, and a crime to scam others! Hence protect yourself at all times against scammers in team's or ICE clothing. We are not scammers and we will never ask you for money. Sadly, scammers are present in every Telegram group, so interact carefully. To stay safe, simply follow these interaction rules:

Only Trust the Pinned Message.
Never trust unsolicited private messages. No one from ICE or the Project’s team will send you a private message containing any Contribution address or offer any special deals. Please note that scammers mostly impersonate team members or group admins by changing their names, picture and username.

Make sure to bookmark the official website (you can obtain this from the pinned message) of the project so that you can always access the correct domain. Also, scammers often use phishing websites that are very hard to distinguish from the real/original one, by using tiny differences in the website address.
If in doubt, ask. ICE moderators are available to answer your questions 24/7. When you ask your questions in the public group, kindly wait patiently for a response from a legitimate ICE Mod who will have an admin tag next to their name.
You are advised not to post personally identifiable information of yourself or of others, such as your real name, wallet address, social media handles etc. If this information is necessary, the moderators will request this from you over a private chat.

If you have any question or concern, please feel free to reach us by joining our community group: https://t.me/ice_firm.
