Pcore - Invoice management

in #ico5 years ago

In an aftermath of a global financial crisis that happened in 2009, banks are much cautious then before the crisis. Small and Medium business are influenced by this cautious attitude, since there is lower amount of available funds for investment. Situation is fuelling growth of factoring business, in an amount of 10% per year in last years, to reduce financial uncertainty and improve liquidity in the market.

Financial data released by companies after scandals that happened, are showing that there is a lot of space for mismanagement of financial records during the process of validating invoices that are received. These invoices can create unclear picture of company finances and can confuse both, Investors and Company financial team. Pcore is proposing a solution to validate invoices in ERP software and to automate the process, so that above mentioned mismanagement probability is decreased.

Pcore https://pcore.co/ will validate Invoices through Altman Z-score formula and provide risk value for each Invoice. Since the process is automated, when company is using Pcore services, first step is to upload Invoice on a Pcore platform, where the Invoice will be validated and Pcore is providing cover payment for that Invoice related to the value of the Invoice and risk value. Pcore is covering 90%, and value of the Invoice is represented in Pcore tokens that are the main tokens on the platforms. Invoices can have customizable claim date, in a range between 60 and 90 days. Pcore service is planned to be 10% from buyer/seller Invoice and 20% for the service from both parties, with a cover schedule based on risk from 10% to 30%, which translate to reception of between 90% and 70% of the Invoice, in case of claim date passed.

Since the risk analysis for each client is the prerogative of successful business plan in factoring business, Pcore developed artificial intelligence model to ensure that each client is properly valued and their risk score, based on Altman Z score is valid. This score has major effect on business, and the worthiness of Invoices, uploaded to the platform.

Buyback of Pcore token shall ensure value of the token, with 50% of funds used to buyback Pcore tokens, that will be burned, and that shall decrease the number of tokens in circulation on one hand, and increase their value on the other hand, which is a desired scenario for all investors.

One could ask, do you need blockchain and crypto currency for above mentioned model, and Pcore https://pcore.co/ is based on smart contracts and smart oracles that will support real world events in the programme, and support decision making on the platform.

Regarding the token sale, total number of tokens is 52 million, from which 20 million is planned for the ICO, and 20 million is reserved, owners will keep 11,5 million and 0,5 million is planned for bounty participants. Planned figures are provided in a whitepaper and seem optimistic, but with a lot of planned effort in deployment, these figures could be reached in first two years with main markets being UK and China, and a lot is expected from Brexit, which presents threat to European business, but could be an opportunity for factoring business in Europe, since there is a lot of risk involved in planned Brexit.
