Participating in different investing opportunities which interest you and can really benefit your life is normally difficult for a regular person to do, most good investment opportunities that are worth investing in are usually claimed by insiders and people who have been in the business for a long time which leaves only the not so good investments for us normal folks who are just now starting to get into the asset investment gig.
Take real estate for example, most good real estates are normally claimed by investors who have cash in hand to pay for the property/home outright they will either hire people to fix up the property to add value to it, fix it up themselves, or just sell it as is for a marked up price and turn a profit just because they were able to obtain the property for a very good deal since they have been in the business for so long and know the right people and know how to get these bargain properties for the price that they want to get it for. These types of investors usually get first dibs also which makes it extremely difficult for a normal person who is trying to get into investing in real estate to do so and still be able to turn a profit.
This is where Swarm comes in. Swarm is the first asset backed crypto currency that allows certain experts in different investment fields to pull together money for new investments by using the Swarm platform to gather a bunch of small time investors to collectively throw down as much or as little money as they would like on certain investments. These small time investors are normal people like you and I who are either new to the investing space or just have a small amount of money to use for investments opportunities, or people who want to spread their investment money across multiple different investments to diversify their portfolios and not risk all of their capital on just one single project or investment and each person will get paid their share of the profits from the investments that they choose to get involved in depending on how much they have invested in the project.
Swarm is going to allow normal people to start investing their money wisely and towards good investments which were normally only offered to insiders who are already very wealthy, so instead of making the wealthy wealthier, Swarm will start to allow the not so wealthy investors to start becoming wealthy by allowing them access to investment opportunities which they normally would never have the chance to invest in or could usually not afford to be able to invest in.

Swarm will change the way people invest and bridge the gap between the wealthy and the not so wealthy and will also help projects which normally wouldnt get funding to be funded which could potentially help change the world for the better by giving more startups a chance to prove themselves to the world!
