OPIRIA & PData: A way to spoon for dinner

This folk wisdom perfectly reflects the whole essence of the OPIRIA & PData project , which we began to consider in previous reviews . Agree, after the closure or change of business, the opinion of consumers is no longer important, what could be improved in the product or service, what did they like, etc.

With large companies everything is clear, there are specially trained people, they are engaged in marketing, usability, feedback, customer retention, branding, naming and much more than often seems to have little to do with the product of the company.

Did you get a medium or small business? And just entered the market? And everyone in the team a little man orchestra? Do you already have a lot of articles of expenditure, where else do you go into the legislation on the protection of personal data?

It seems that the customers themselves will come, they will certainly leave feedbacks and wishes, and tell each acquaintance about what you had. Time goes by, and a miracle does not happen or happens, but not as quickly as you wanted or in the wrong direction, as you dreamed.

Turning to third-party marketers, it takes time not only to collect the necessary information about the product, service, the company, it takes time to introduce the business of marketers themselves. You can even penetrate into marketing and do research, buy a database of surveys, opinions, studies, but in both cases time will pass and there is a risk of deception.

What if I use the Opiria platform for small business?

Earlier in the review, we already saw that the mobile application for the survey is working. If polls appear - it means that the functional for their compilation also works. You can create a survey for your marketing research in the web interface after registering on the site, ie nothing needs to be installed additionally. 

Having created, for example, the question "What kind of smartphone design do you like more?", It is possible to place the picture for clarity to the answer options.

After that, respondents will be able to quickly answer, and you will quickly get answers. And the answers can be visualized on a map, aggregated in diagrams, sorted and grouped according to various criteria.

The PData token does not work yet and therefore motivate its customers to respond to polls as long as there are other buns. But for companies already developed two plans for using the platform: Express License and Professional License.

We agree that not every small business is ready to shell out almost 2 thousand dollars a year for a resource for conducting surveys. But you should never lose heart!

First: there is a referral program! It is enough to invite two companies to almost fully recoup their investments. Count how many acquaintances you know-entrepreneurs. Surely not enough for one year of a monthly fee.

Secondly, let's consider a free subscription option. Most likely, for the first time it will be more than enough to skip competitors at the beginning of the race.

In the free plan, customers can be invited to the survey only by ID and QR-code. And, accordingly, the following options are not available:

  • Filter participants by gender;
  • Filter participants by age;
  • Filter by country;
  • Dissemination of the survey by notification;
  • Invitation by text message.

These filters are taken from the primary questionnaire when registered in a mobile application. And what prevents to create questions in the survey, if the gender, country, age group is important for research? 

Among the free options available are:

  • View the total number of replies;
  • Distribution of answers over time;
  • Number of responses per day;
  • Results in real time;
  • The location of the response on the map;
  • Distribution of opinions on the map;
  • Customizable graphs and diagrams;
  • Data table for all types of questions;
  • Individual answers.

Using this arsenal, you can create a poll, place an ID or QR-code on the check, packing, cup, advertising printing. And to receive feedback at the very beginning of the journey. 

Thanks to early opinions, you can adjust the working time, menu, assortment, color, configuration, type and type of packaging, and much more even before the money is invested in large lots, long-term contracts for supply or cooperation are concluded ... and cones are stuffed.

Blocking, smart contracts and PDATA token will add to Opiria system personal data protection, transparency of operations and promotion for loyalty.

The system can work without these technologies, but then the listed tasks will have to be solved in a different way. And why reinvent the wheel, if you can use those that have already proven themselves well?
