DICE (abbreviated from Digital Certificates) is a new cryptocurrency and a universal platform for raising funds
cryptocurrency mining. It has properties of both current cryptocurrency and traditional money, and also creates new funding routes for any business.
DICE introduced the "Cluster Model" economy, based on a large number of unrelated peers (called "operators")
all working in a single global ecosystem. Each of the network's peers is by way of its own small country, and the DICE miners who support it, are virtual citizens.
"Investment Mining" is another breakthrough provided by the cluster model. Miners have their new DICE, but the carrier capitalization increases with overall mining production.
