What is Sharevest?

Sharevest is unique in pioneering the first global exchange that allows you to buy, sell or trade stock ownership in the same place, at any time providing instant liquidity to private markets. The Sharevest platform creates liquidity within the primary and secondary markets by building a central platform for business owners, shareholders and investors. The platform merges the best of crowdfunding, peer to peer lending and public market trading. It also uses the blockchain technology to enable instant transactions, low transfer fees and borderless investments with minimal bureaucracy. Investors will be able to buy into companies through fiat and cryptocurrency.

Our digital assets platform maximizes the blockage to replace complex intermediaries that dominate the securities market. View the general registry, shareholder management, reporting and more can be done in real time due to our tokenized system. In fact, the digitization of stock registers allows companies to capitalize their non-listed shares and the management potential of stakeholders.

THE PROBLEM

Sharevest was born out of the very real challenges facing companies trying to raise capital. Irrespective of size, all companies raise capital to further their interests whether through personal contributions, traditional investments or debt raising, yet access to angel investors, VCs or funds can be limited, or requests may be denied. Some companies need cash injections to increase their run rate or for short term liquidity needs, and the lack of investors for many SMEs means they cannot raise capital to continue operations and grow. This can lead to premature bankruptcies for those who have not raised the required capital, or to a short run rate where the company burns its remaining capital and loses business. The last 20 years has seen unprecedented innovations in telecommunications including email, mobile and the internet. However, these technologies have not transformed the equity capital raising sector, instead benignly increasing transactional processes in the traditional systems.

THE SOLUTION

Sharevest will bring growth on a global scale to startups and SMEs. Initially, we will attract and onboard Fintech, blockchain and companies with potential to disrupt industries. The platform creates a community where investors and shareholders can communicate and collaborate to achieve their common interests, including building a great company and exiting successfully. Our aim is to build a global marketplace for exchanging equity for capital within the private markets. ShareVest will create an environment that facilitates instant transactions, issues electronic certificates and provides a real-time share register. It will contain robust data gathering mechanisms to assist investors, while giving users the opportunity to follow companies and individual profiles.

Tokens

In the pre-sale round, the target price per unit was $ 0.24 (twenty-four cents) per token with a 10% token pool allocation. The price of the token on the ICO will increase by 60%, and will be $ 0.36 (thirty-six cents) per unit. As for the remaining 21%: 20% are distributed to the company's shareholders and early investors; 10% is allocated to the team members; 5% of the allocations for the referral scheme of the Sharevest platform community, 3% for the Bounty and 2% for legal and consulting expenses.

TOKEN BENEFITS

Discounts on features
Token holders will be able to use SVX to pay for several services and products on the platform, at a discounted rate. Sharevest will provide lower fees to early contributors on the exchange.
Capital Requirements
Growth companies who proceed with a crowd investing campaigns on our platform will have to keep 5% in SVX tokens of the total capital amount wished to be raised in SVX tokens. These SVX tokens will be kept in locked on Sharevest for the lifetime of their assets on the platform.
First investment for 10% discount
Early investors into ShareVest and those who own SVX tokens, will receive a 10% discount on their first investment or loan to a company.
