Almost daily, you can hear news about a new powerful cyber attack, about another serious leak of data – hackers are becoming a real disaster for thousands of people and companies. And we are talking primarily about industrial espionage.
About 13 billion dollars over the past year, according to estimates of a number of experts, in the aggregate, have lost various companies from the impact of viruses and worms. But, I must say, this is not the most impressive figure – from the actions of hackers, humanity for the same period lost as much as 226 billion dollars! If the problem grows at the same rate, then, according to researchers, by 2021 this figure will be able to grow to as much as 6 trillion $.
The most common problems in the field of cybersecurity:
– A small number of solutions to protect against new threats.
– Very rapid development of hacker technologies, many specialists in security systems simply do not keep up with the times.
– Many modern solutions in cybersecurity are based on a personalized and isolated approach to protection;
– Many use free programs to protect themselves from threats, and they rarely have high reliability.
Economy
The project released two different tokens. As an external currency, the UNC (ERC 20) will be used. And inside the system the key role will be played by UCC (EOS) – they can be paid access to the platform, these coins will be paid rewards for detecting errors.

The web page of the project so far is only available in the English version. Excellent nice graphics, all the information is submitted correctly, all links work.
Documentation
The main document is presented only in English. The 52 pages of the document is very lucid and detailed about the product, development plans, teamwork, risks, and other features. Also in the top panel of the site there is a link to the team’s compact single-page business card.

Instead they have a group in Telegram – for today (June 23), there are already 20020 readers here. On the project site, you can find a link to the Linkedin of the team – there are 12 employees. In addition, the team is active on Twitter – there are 6099 readers, on Facebook – 628 subscribers, medium – 117. The project is also presented in Reddit. In the project blog on youtube has 857 subscribers.
Bounty
A total of 21 million coins were allocated for the program, which is roughly equivalent to 410 ETH. Distribute funds as follows:
– 50% of the pool of the blogosphere;
– 20% share of funds for subscription campaigns;
– 15% allocated for support on Twitter;
– 10% share of FB;
– 5% pool of translators.
Roadmap
The priority task for Uncloak is to refine the platform by the end of 2018. The process involves solving a number of tasks: in the second quarter, work was done to create a beta version of the monitoring mechanism, thanks to which it is possible to simultaneously monitor 7,000 different sources of information. In the 3rd quarter, the team will develop an alpha version of the platform, it will be based on the EOS blockchain. In the same period, the project will be opened by the community “white hat” – will bring together security experts and hackers. And in the fourth quarter of the year, finally, the alpha version of the remuneration system will officially be introduced, the full-fledged Uncloak platform with the main monitoring version will be officially launched.
Conclusion
In general, the Uncloak project looks very promising. The introduction of AI and blockchain into cybersecurity issues is likely to be gilding its creators over the years, because the topic is very useful, and the market is simply mesmerizing by its scale.
