Conclusion (My Personal Evaluation)
Social media ranks as one of the top use case for internet and brands have spend billions of dollars advertising on the current social media platform like Facebook, Twitter etc but most of the advert does not get to the targeted audience or users normally opt out of such advert whenever they pop out.
With platform like Tipper social media users will spend more time knowing fully well that they will earn for the time spent on Tipper platform and this will attract more users and brands into the system and also grow the demand for the project and return huge investment for the investors. This token is a long term HODL for me and I am rating this project high in my standard of evaluating ICO projects
