In this bear market, Iconiq Labs seems like one of those rare ICO's that might actually have a chance to reach their funding goals.
They are an ICO start-up incubator, they already had over 500 applications from startups and they have already helped startups in raising money. The biggest success of them so far is Unibright that raised 14 million.
Iconiq Labs is now raising funds to grow even further and expand into other areas like Media and Fund Management.
They are currently working with an EOS VC Fund of $100 million. And businesses will be allowed to launch funds in their platform.
