Why hasn't Insane Clown Posse covered Buffalo Stance?

If you haven't seen the Neneh Cherry original-

Shouldn't Insane Clown Posse cover this, only replacing the word "Gigolo" with the word "Juggalo?"

Seems like this should have already happened.
