Depending on the collection of funds, a decision will be made as to which, and to what extent, the items of expenditure will be covered according to the degree of priority. In the case of cost savings and a full-fledged project launch, surplus funds raised at the ICO within 12 months after the full launch of the project can be used to buy ADAB tokens or ADAB Charity.
