Today I am off work, due to what I believe is a trapped nerve in my back. Because of this I am able to bring you today's live-streamed public hearing from the IICSA(Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse). The current investigation is looking into Westminster and the concerns raised about organised sexual abuse that involved elected members of parliament. Not only will the abuses be investigated but also the subsequent cover-ups that go hand-in-hand with anything related to the higher tiers of society.

Today's hearing is actually day-9 of a 15 day investigation, but as I am in full time employment I cannot bring you coverage of this as it happens. I am, however, planning on waiting for these hearing to be posted onto the IICSA YouTube channel and I will then be posting them out retrospectively. The videos are usually posted onto YouTube 2-weeks after the event, so bare with me and I'll make sure to keep you all informed. For now though, I will supply you with Today's live hearing and some snippets of evidence from previous days.
I would like to make a comment about the lack of coverage this part of the investigation has received. I, personally, haven't heard a single mention about the past 8 days of hearing from any TV-News broadcast and the only mention I know of from the local press was from The Guardian, reporting of how Boris Johnson had mentioned on a recent LBC-Radio broadcast, that he believes our Police are wasting too much time & money investigating historical cases of child abuse...

The man doth protest to much, I think....Maybe that's because his Dad was in politics around the same time as the inquiry is investigating? Nothing would surprise me from within the criminal fraternity we call Parliament.
But let's not get side-tracked by silly old Boris, we're better to just ignore him and carry on with finding out what his kind really get up to behind the scenes.
Evidence presented at previous hearings
The video below is from BBC's Newsnight in which they interviewed the former Liberal Democrat leader, 1976 - 1988, Lord Steel. This was around the time when MP. Jeremy Thorpe was tried in court for conspiracy to murder. "The Thorpe Affair" consisted of a very badly planned murder against Jeremy Thorpe's gay lover. It doesn't surprise me that whilst Lord Steel was interviewed in recent years, he continues to deny any kind of conspiracy or even the fact that he knew if Jeremy Thorpe was even gay. As annoying as this reluctance to realise obvious truths is, it is much more revealing of the sentiments held by Lords like this when Lord Steel was all too keen to clear the name of another of his fellow MPs. Cyril Smith has long been dead but his past as a prolific predatory paedophile is well understood and somewhat common knowledge. Yet when BBC Newsnight presenter mentioned Cyril's name alongside the phase paedophile, Lord Steel couldn't interrupt quickly enough to set the record straight and protest that nothing had ever been proven and all allegations against Cyril were just gossip.

In this mornings session we are hearing from a member of the Green party, answering various question about various member of their party who were involved in child sexual abuse. So far it's pretty shocking stuff pretty shocking stuff so I'd advise anyone to try and listen to the entirety of this mornings hearing.

David Challenor, of Charterhouse Road, Lower Stoke, was jailed for 22 years in August 2018 for a string of sickening sexual crimes against a 10-year-old girl.
The 50-year-old had subjected the youngster to electric shocks while he held her captive in his torture den attic.
But just three months before he was convicted he had still been working as an election agent for his daughter Aimee, a rising star in the Green Party who was in the running to become deputy leader.
