So...you don't get to spend the better part of a decade freaking out about "dog whistles", insisting that silence is violence, and generally becoming irate and belligerent about anything that anybody to the Right of AOC says -- you don't get to virtue signal -- while keeping your gobs shut about the illiberal Left's affinity for child diddling.
If I, or anyone else, has shown complacency or support for something simply out of silence, it has to apply to you, too. If you're morally consistent, and you're on the illiberal Left, your silence about Balenciaga shows that you're cool with sex involving children.
Just the other day, the BBC released a story about a twenty-five-year-old trans woman being jailed for "sex with a minor." This monster raped a fourteen-year-old girl and impregnated her. The article only used the word "rape" once, and that was in quotations of the charges. The article also said that the rapist identified as a woman at the time of the rape (how they know that outside of taking the word of the rapist is never explained); but, that they didn't know what the rapist was identifying as now -- so, for the comfort of the rapist, BBC referred to him with "they/them" pronouns.
When Alok wrote his whole bit about little girls not being "innocent" and that they are, in fact, "kinky" -- I criticized him. Everybody who attacked me for criticizing him was to the Left of Bernie Sanders politically.
When Rainbow Dildo Butt Monkey showed up twerking in front of a bunch of elementary school students at a reading event, liberal Leftists like Brendan O'Neill criticized the event while, so far as I can see, illiberal Leftist turned a blind eye.
We're not just talking about drag story time. In Iowa, there was a full blown drag performance and dance act in front of children. The illiberal Left isn't just silent about this, they're supporting it.
We can't forget that one of Biden's highest ranking medical appointees wouldn't directly answer questions about bottom surgery on children. I've had people troll me and accusing me of being obsessed with kids' private parts. No, these people are obsessed with castrating children, illiberal Leftists are obsessed with letting them, and I'm trying to say that that's not morally defensible behavior.
Stop pretending that this isn't happening.
I don't care what adults do to, or with each other so-long as all parties consent and are of sound mind -- I don't even care all that much if all parties are of sound body in most cases. You do you. Just don't wave a footlong dildo in front of a child's face.
If we can't reach common ground on that, yeah, it's time to prepare for war. My side will win because we generally have guns.
