There are different meanings of Riches from various scholars or perspectives, but according to Oxford advance learners dictionary, " Riches" are the large amounts of money and valuable, or beautiful possessions. There are Laws guiding anything valuable on this earth . It may be a Legal Law, Political, Economic, Religious laws and so on. The particular law involved in this Episode is the law used and applied by most influential and affluent people. This can be viewed based on these two phrases in above paragraph of the meaning of Riches; "valuable possession" and "large amount of money"
VALUABLE POSSESSION
If you are in possession of something, you have it because you have obtained it or because it belongs to you. There is something valuable each of every one reading this article richly possesses that have to be realized and it will make you extraordinary and outstanding if you value its nature. Without it, there wouldn't be visualization, actualization and materialization of your dreams. It is your hidden treasure although volatile in its nature. So you have to secure and protect it by not using any abusive substance that will damage it; value it and use it properly. It is naturally deposited and embedded in you by the Almighty God because you are made in his likeness. You have it, you obtained it and it belongs to you for the manifestation of your purpose on earth.

The law behind it, (law of your RICHES) is the " "Usage". The Riches deposited in you by Almighty God, how do you use it? The use determines its existence. The ability to use it properly is the necessary condition for its attainment. There is always instructions on how use any valuable thing you purchase. The same apply to the one God freely gave you. The Usage or the way it is used is only different between the rich man and the poor man, that is using it rightly or wrongly because he/she who fails to make use of his mental power live within very narrow limits. If you can use this hidden treasure and believe in yourself, there will be no limitation to your achievement. All great men and women all over the world used their valuable possession rightly. This is a fundamental principle about spending money. Planning is a very crucial tool for everything we do an extent that you cannot execute or achieve any meaningful objective or goal without planning. Planning is the architect of every work well done. You cannot exclude plans or planning from achievement, so if you have to achieve your goal in life you most plan and budget.
Planning is your road, navigation, map, GPRS to greatness. You cannot separate both because they are like two sided coin which you cannot use one side without the other side. Plan everything you do in life including how you spend and make money. One cannot about money management without planning and budgeting. No matter how much you have, if you don't plan and budget in whatever kobo you spend, be ready for bankruptcy. The amount of money you make available to spend on a particular expenditure matters a lot because that is wisdom in spending. Yes there is wisdom in spending, everybody makes expenses but how the money is spent is the difference between the wise man and the foolish man. The amount of your income determines your level of budget. Irrespective of the amount involved, you must plan and budget.
(b) Prioritize your spending
As a Worker, Business Man or Woman, Student, Corp Member, even the Federal Government, the ultimate way to count large amount of money in your reservoir is through prioritizing of your spending. You have to always consider the most important thing to spend money on and have scale of preference on your expenses and spending. Most times expenses come even when you did not expect it, as far as we are still living, expenses keep coming to meet up our material needs, "but" there are categories of people who escape unnecessary expenses. They are people who are "contented". You are richer when you are contented because it is when you are satisfied with what you have and avoid covetousness that you can be able to manage money without over spending. That is why Socrates said:

The fact that expenses must arise to meet our material needs must not be ignored, but the caution is that you prioritize your spending based on the most important needs. Don't just spend or shop because you have the money at that moment to avoid bankruptcy. Give it a break, it is my habit to always look good, elegant and gorgeous but notwithstanding, it does not mean that I shop all the time. I plan and budget for every penny I spend and I also prioritize my spending based on most important needs.
Think realistically about your spending irrespective of your gender. Shopping generally is good but prioritize based on your financial statuts. Do you know that most times when human needs arise and you avoid to give too much attention to it, that problem solves itself because if that need is not so important that will take life, after that period the need is supposed to be met, it passes, it expires natural. That is the nature of human needs. For example, you need money to travel for Christmas or Sallah, (that is your material need as at that moment), when it is not attended to, immediately that festive/Christmas period passes, that need to travel expires naturally. Although we improve our quality of life through attendance to our needs and our problems because they must come, but prioritize your spending to avoid bankruptcy.

Tithing is highly spiritually connected to the extent that it fight for you even when there is any evil manipulation over your life or even when someone is trying to frustrate your life and your finances.
Your tithe moves before you and clears every form of impossibility. It is the key to your prosperity. It opens doors for any one that seems closed, it connects you to people that matter to your destiny. God is so merciful and just that he asked for only one tenth of what he gave to you, so it is something you must sincerely do.
(e). Giving
The more you give to the needy and God, the more you receive because givers never lack and the more you scratch your hand to give, your hand will never be deficient in whatever thing it involves in, this is the logic of giving. Another thing about giving is fulfilment because any time you extend your hand of mercy and help the needy , your inner self will be satisfiedand you will be happy within yourself. That is the reason the yardstick to measure success is not by acquisition of assets, rather, it is the level of its influence on the life of people especially the people in need.
Note that it must not only be money that you give out, your thought, advice,concern,time and so on,can also serve. The giving I am talking about is not giving out of selfish reasons, rather genuinely from your heart.
In the process of giving, be conscious of lazy people to avoid being foolish in their sight, because there is no food for razy man even the Bible commented on it. Don't have a mind set of stingy people that want to acquire the whole world only by themselves without helping others or group of persons that believe that they don't have much, therefore there is nothing to give. No matter how small you have, give out of it. When you genuinely give from your heart, God will flourish your source of income to give more and always remember that it is not only money you can give.
