Yeah some people don't get it, the fact is if you do reward these type of comments, then we'll be knee deep in them. Ultimately Steemit is different and it's possible to be financially reward for spamming.
Some people get it after being told and they change, others think 'fuck it' and carry on. Unfortunately for them, those guys will become ghosted and their profiles will be invisible forever more.
