It will be damn difficult in practicality and I am sure those who are able to this, they are for sure up and above in knowledge / patience level as well as have control on their sense, some kinda meditation.

Sort:  

Try it, you'll be surprised at just how easy it is, start with something simple and focus on an emotion you want to recreate at will.

Then do something like squeeze your shoulder when you are thinking these thoughts, and you will anchor that action to those thoughts; easy! :-)
