How do you know you're getting older? When you read the news and feel the disappointment within you. This is the disgust I feel every day. Today when I opened the newspaper I only saw polarized youth who are so brainwashed, misdirected, and frustrated.
A youth woman entered her college in person after two years, two years of loss and grief for so many. People have lost their loved ones, jobs and the economy is in shambles. So many people have been denied the privilege of going back to their education and all these rowdy men care about is the attire?
What does it take to stop this? As Gustav le Bon said in his book, 'The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind ', “A crowd is not merely impulsive and mobile. Like a savage, it is not prepared to admit that anything can come between its desire and the realization of its desire.”
This is partly why the future has to be liquid democratic, where more knowledge and wisdom is applied.
