Hari ini saya ingin berbagi resep masakan sederhana yaitu telur dadar sosis.
Resepnya seperti di bawah ini :
Telur dadar sosis
Bahan :
- 1 butir telur ayam
- 1 buah sosis ayam, potong kecil-kecil
- 1 butir bawang merah, iris tipis
- Garam dan kaldu bubuk sedikit saja
- Minyak goreng secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
- Siapkan mangkuk, pecahkan telur dan kocok telur sampai larut.
- Beri garam dan kaldu bubuk sedikit saja.
- Masukkan irisan bawang merah dan irisan sosis ayam, aduk rata.
- Panaskan minyak goreng.
- Dadar telur sampai matang, balik, dadar sebentar lalu angkat.
- Telur dadar sosis siap dihidangkan dengan nasi dan saus sambal.

Tips :
tambahkan irisan daun bawang dan irusan cabai merah sesuai selera
tambahkan butiran jagung dalam kocokan telur atau bahan-bahan lain sesuai selera

Sausage omelet
Material :
- 1 egg
- 1 chicken sausage, cut into small pieces
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Just a little salt and broth
- Right amount of oil
How to make :
- Prepare a bowl, break the egg and shake the egg until it's dissolved.
- Give a little salt and broth.
- Add the onion slices and chicken sausage slices, stir well.
- Heat the cooking oil.
- Dadar the eggs until cooked, turn over, scramble briefly then lift.
- The sausage omelet is ready to be served with rice and chili sauce.

Tips :
- Add chives and slices of chili according to taste
- Add corn grains in a beaten egg or other ingredients according to taste.
