Rimba Raya Radio Monument is a monument built to commemorate the history of Radio Rimba Raya that plays a very big role in defending Indonesia's sovereignty of Dutch military aggression. This monument was inaugurated by the Minister of Cooperatives / Head of Bulog, Bustanil Arifin on 27 October 1987 at 10.30 WIB. The monument is located in the village of Rime Raya, sub district Pintu Rime Gayo, Bener Meriah Regency.
Rimba Raya Radio is Radio Republik Indonesia Emergency broadcast from Gayo Plateau, or precisely in Pintu Rime Subdistrict, which is now part of Bener Meriah Regency, by the Army of the Republic of Indonesia X / Aceh Division headed by Colonel Husin Yusuf.
