Bisa di umpamakan seperti struktur pemerintahan negara, berawal dari yang paling besar yaitu presiden, gubernur, bupati, wali kota, camat, kepala desa hingga yang paling kecil yaitu kepala keluarga, uda ah jangan sampek bahas ke politik nanti, hehehe. Kembali lagi ke komunitas, di setiap komunitas baik dari yang paling besar maupun yang paling kecil, masing-masing memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab tersendiri baik itu dalam mengurus komunitasnya, program kerja komunitas maupun dalam mempromosikan steemit, intinya semua memiliki peran dan tanggung jawab.

Di belakangan ini ada isu hangat tentang komunitas steemit indonesia (KSI) dan Nanggroe Steemit Community (NSC), Isu ini ibarat Dua partai yang saling beradu Argument dan stetmen, masing - masing kubu mempertahankan partainya supaya tidak kalah, dan diantara keduanya pasti menginginkan kemenangan, lagi-lagi terbawa ke politik apa karena lagi musim nya? Hehehe Atau anggap saja iklan biar enggak kecewa ketika membacanya. Nah saya luruskan sedikit tentang stetmen saya di atas bahwa KSI dan NSC sebenarnya tidak ada masalah apa-apa dan menurut saya kedua komunitas ini memiliki satu hati namun dua jiwa ( macam orang lagi jatuh cinta saja ya? Wkwkwkwwk ) lebih jelasnya mereka sama-sama memiliki satu tujuan namun dengan cara yang berbeda. Adapun masalah isu yang lagi hot belakangan ini merupakan kesalahan dari dua belah pihak personal dalam menutur kata dan memahami kata. Mungkin saja mereka khilaf, jadi ya di maklumi saja namanya juga manusia. Dan isu tersebut tidak ada sangkut paut dengan komunitas jadi teman-teman tidak perlu panik dan teruslah berkreasi dan perkembangkan komunitasnya, karena NSC adalah bahagian dari KSI, kita tak perlu saling menghujat dan membenci karena tidak ada gunanya, saling bersilaturrahmi, memahami dan memaklumi itu lebih baik.

Alangkah baiknya jika komunitas steemit ini adanya seni atau sistem kepemimpinan seperti halnya yang di sampaikan oleh kanda @saifuddin73 dalam postingan nya. Source apakah itu sistem komando atau sistem demokrasi. Menurut saya di komunitas steemit ini lebih cocok diterapkan sistem komando, ini bukan karena saya berasal dari organisasi yang menganut sistem komando tapi karena di Steemit ini siapa yang lebih besar SP nya dia lah yang berkuasa dan lebih banyak pengikutnya. Jika kita terapkan sistem demokrasi maka jangan heran di steemit ini akan lahirnya dinamika-dinamika politik yang nantinya akan memiliki beberapa kubu atau kelompok yang tak akan pernah akur bahkan bisa jadi hancur sehingga efek buruknya nanti susah dalam mempromosi steemit.
