The argument he puts up is a self-defence, and nothing to do with right and wrong. He is one without his opinion but the opinion of others. He also shows a great deal of lack of respect for all. In an effort to justify an invalid opinion which does serve any purpose but to disrupt and divide. I think the term used is Pea-Brain.
