EL SISTEMA DEMOCRÁTICO EN VENEZUELA SECUESTRADO POR LA TIRANIA

in #informationwar5 years ago

To get along, be productive and decent, we do not need to have the same ideas, but you respect mine and I respect yours. Mine is that the democratic system in Venezuela does not work or work, at least until thirty years have elapsed from the application and fulfillment of a strict educational system for civic and civic social formation. Well, in Venezuela with honorable exceptions, there are no citizens. What if there are many inhabitants.

The democratic model is for societies in which there are well-educated, well-educated and highly intelligent citizens. In addition, the Venezuelan constitutions from 1819 to the sun today, establish a centralized and militaristic system of government, with all the power centered on the president. All the power of the State lies in one person. That's why the president can do whatever he wants. Well, there are no limitations to his power.

True democracy demands that the central power be controlled and limited, that it has counter weights. Well, if you do not have it, it's not democracy, it's dictatorship. Example is the American government, where the most powerful man in the world is not governed alone. Because the citizens since the congress, "they stop the trot". In reality, what our constitution establishes is not a democracy, it is simply a monarchy ranch that turns any "leg on the ground" into an oligarch.

Our system is so vulnerable that even a Colombian driver was able to seize power. The only way out of this suffering is to change the centralized model to a decentralized one (republican and federal). This change can only be made through an original constituent convened by the people. But, to date, all the constituents that have been convened in Venezuela have been requested by the constituted power. When those who must summon them are the citizens.

The rulers of turn not to let themselves "remove the teat", they call themselves the constituent, making use of the power of the State. This abnormality constitutes an aberration of the Positive Natural Right, which becomes the generating nucleus of all the other aberrations that characterize the Venezuelan State, such as; inefficiency and corruption. For that reason, if the opportunity of pact arises, we should take advantage of it to go to a transition with the Chavista State, and then summon a real constituent.
