Humans have a strong sense of justice.
Even small children have a natural propensity for fairness.
This should not be ignored.
But its application is really difficult
and as you sorta meandered around, justice doesn't do anything.
We could not force the Mother WEFers to clean up the planet.
They do not have enough time or resources. Nor would they know what to do, even if they wanted to show contrition.
Soooo, revenge or not, justice or not, we have to clean up this planet ourselves.
We have to make this place a better place to live.

The "law" discourages us from cleaning up our place.
We will need to go through, or around.
I agree We must clean the mess the psychopaths have created, but I'm not seeing how that fits in with what I wrote...
And "illegal" is irrelevant when One does not consent to that ghastly system that thwarts Ethics far more than serves them...
(Wish I had $$$ to spend on books. I barely make food in My impoverished and homeless way.)
That revenge, or justice is one thing
And that cleaning up, and building a better world is another.
That cleaning up does not need to wait for justice/revenge to ever happen.
Or, pretty much what you have outlined as the way forward.
