Opinó con pregunta:"Si el Art 201 de la Constitución Nacional de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, establece que: “Los diputados o diputadas…, no están sujetos o sujetas a mandatos ni instrucciones, sino sólo a su conciencia...” Lo cual establece un mandato claro y de obligatorio cumplimiento según el cual el TSJ no puede mandar ni darles instrucciones a los diputados. ¿Porque el régimen militar insiste en decir que la Asamblea Nacional incurrió y está en desacato?
