I think it is true dude, I'll just go over the obvious—time. If a producer is producing 12 hours a day, they can consume 12. If they're producing 24/7, they consume zero but they're releasing twice as much content. Only way to produce 24/7 is if you have an audience large enough like that one you mention, YouTube.

I don't know the numbers but the margin between producers and consumers is wide, real wide. I would guess thousands of consumers per each quality product.

What I've been doing lately is sharing Hive content outside Hive. Even if it's with just one person who's not on Hive. The more I do that, the more buzz I'll create hopefully. And doing this, what I'm doing now, encouraging you and anyone else reading this to promote Hive content outside Hive. Shoot, beginning with mine!

Promoting inside the platform is obviously necessary, I'm with you, but we're just promoting the author. Promoting content outside the platform, however, different story. It's essential if we ever plan to build a fan base.
