The person who funded the Georgia Guidestones may have been Ted Turner and I have no reason to doubt that he helped either completely or to an extent. Yeah, what you're saying is their attempt at Divide & Conquer which worked many times in many countries in the past. They're hoping they can continue to get people to fight each other as they take over more and more.
