I got the same message when trying to view his posts.
'If' this is not just a tech hiccup and the website has been altered somehow to further censor this gentleman. It would be a fair assessment to say that this 'Bloom' must be part of the inner sanctum of Steem(it).

It appears they are intentionally killing Steem. I hope you have all begun your power downs before it is totally worthless.
