High number of cannabis farms in London? How many? Well, according to the Evening Standard, from January 2016 to April 2018, the police uncovered 314 cannabis farms, with instances of more than one farm appearing on the same street. Mostly Vietnamese teenagers are exploited at those farms. Worse. The reports has been filed for over a decade (NewStatesman), but Jeremy Hunt was too busy protecting “Western values” by destroying National Health System (NHS) in UK. He really couldn’t follow this “The Independent” story, and certainly he did patriotically refused to watch RT report on that subject:

У меня есть одна теория на эту тему. Дело в том, что они многие годы передают власть по наследству. Как результат идет анти отбор. Он не очень заметен. вначале дети этих людей получают очень хорошее образование от лучших учителей, потому все не так сразу заметно и печально.
Вот только дети понимают, даже если плохо учится (можно и с хорошими учителями не слушать учителя) власть они все равно получат. и так постепенно шаг за шагом, поколение за поколением.
Дело даже не в знати (лордах) капиталисты так же передают власть по наследству.
Это только идиоты могут рассуждать о равенстве возможностей. Если какой-то парень из трущеб, а другой на дорогом лимузине.
Первый идет в худшую школу своего гетто, а второй в элитную школу. Затем первый идет мыть полы, а второй в лучший университет.
Если парень из нищих захочет идти на выборы, никто не против, но он не имеет денег на избирательную компанию, потому его не выберут.
Если мальчик из лимузина захочет идти на выборы у него есть деньги на избирательную компанию.
А так да на словах они равны. Вот только передача капитала и есть передача власти по наследству!
Я говорю именно о капитале, а не когда скажем ваш отец передал вам свой дом и старенький опель, возможно счет в банке на пару тысяч. Это не капитал. Капитал от миллиарда и выше, что автоматом делает вас политиком, минимум городского или областного уровня.
Как результат происходит анти отбор. Как в свое время аристократия деградировала в лени и праздности, хотя и имела доступ к лучшим учителям. Хотя изначально была передовой частью общества. Так и сейчас капиталисты, деградируют.
Зачем учится? Компаниями и предприятиями управляют директора, уменьшилась прибыль - уволь директора и поставь нового. А в парламент тебя без проблем выберут...
Хотя возможно моя теория слишком смелая и ошибочная.
