The way it's looking it seems like they want to test the importance of the 2nd Amendment. What do you think would happen if they outright repealed the 2nd Amendment? Interested to hear your responses, and "It could never happen!" is not allowed.
My interpretation is that talking about reducing the harm done by guns (and connsidering some controls that most developed countries have) is not equal to an attempt to repeal the second amendment.
Could I ask your thoughts on the following arguments and comparisons of gun deaths around the developed world?
What if I told you, gun control doesnt work. The National Academy of Science reviewed hundreds of studies and could not document a single gun regulation that reduced violent crime or murder. We have over 20k gun control laws that Gov. County, & city officials dont enforce.

Gun control clearly works in many countries around the world, so the question is why is it that it isn't being enforced properly in the states?
Can you explain some of the laws that aren't being enforced?
Whats the difference between laws that exist and are not being enforced and some of the proposals about alternatives?

The National Academy of Science also concluded that "right to carry" does not reduce crime...
I'm still looking for detail about the 20k gun control laws that aren't enforced...
