The Gruesome Horrors of a Tortured Murdered Khashoggi Vs. a 100,000 Innocent Dead Children Who Starved to Death

What is the deal with the the extremely gruesome, horrifying, tortured Death of Jamal Khashoggi by the Saudi Government at their Consulate in Turkey, Verses Genocide in Yemen and the death of likely over 100,000 innocent children starved to death by the actions of the Saudi Government. Why now does the U.S. Media and Politicians push for sanctions against Saudi Arabia for Khashoggi's murder, but 100,000 innocent children starved to death, directly from the Saudi Government's use of U.S. Weapons isn't sanction worthy?

First off just FYI, The government of Turkey, a member of NATO, is the worst country in the world next to China for the abuse, torture, murder, and imprisonment of members of the Press. For the Turkish Government to tell on Saudi Arabia for the gruesome murder of Jamal Khashoggi is the greatest act of hypocrisy by a modern Government in quite a while.

Saudi Arabia was wrong for what they did to Jamal Khashoggi. There is nothing right about State Sanctioned Murder and Torture. There's no defense for what they did to Khashoggi even if he was an utter Bastard. This is where I have a problem. Saudi Arabia since 2016 has created a humanitarian disaster of epic proportions. It's not just the bombs the Saudis are dropping on Children, Women and Civilian's. It's the fact that innocent children are literally starving to death. From the AP, "Though there are no firm figures, the aid group Save the Children estimated hunger may have killed 50,000 children in 2017. That was based on a calculation that around 30 percent of severely malnourished children who didn’t receive proper treatment likely died." That is 50,000 Children in 2017 alone, that doesn't count 2016, or 2018.

We have over 50,000 Children Deaths due to starvation by the actions of the Saudi Government Vs. 1 tortured reporter. Is there a disconnect somewhere in Western Government and Corporate Media? The truth is we are talking well over a 100,000 innocent death's in Yemen by the Government of Saudi Arabia vs. 1 executed Jamal Khashoggi.

Why did it take one gruesome, horrifying murder of Jamal Khashoggi for the U.S. Mainstream Media and Members of the U.S. Government to raise hell about sanctions against Saudi Arabia, Cancelling Arms deals, etc., But over 50,000 dead children who starved to death in 2017 directly from the actions of the Government of Saudi Arabia and... It's not news.
Facebook well known as a bastion of Free Speech, and Champion of the First Amendment..No Not Really, as the UK's Independent reports,"temporarily removed posts from readers who tried to share a New York Times article about conflict and hunger in Yemen, which included images of emaciated children.

Tens of thousands of readers shared the article on Facebook on Friday, but some got a message notifying them that the post was not in line with Facebook’s community standards."

The most recent headline by Fox news was my personal breaking point,"Khashoggi’s body was drained of blood before dismembering: report".
My reply to that headline is,"So Fucking What". That fucker Khashoggi was deader than a hammer at that point, Hey you Fucking Ass Hat's, there's a couple 100,000 innocent fucking Children, who fucking starved to death in Yemen, because of the same Bastard's that murdered Khashoggi, what makes an old Bastard who lived a full life and was a real dirty shit to begin with more important than over 100,000 starving innocent children?

Our Mainstream Reality is mentally ill, corrupt, twisted, sociopathically evil. If we learn one thing in this age of Decentralized Information, We must independently be our own judge on the state of reality, lest we find one murdered Journalist worth more than 100,000 starving innocent children.

There's another story behind how I became a moderator on a middle east blog site but to keep things simple I will just jump to the part where the site owner ribbed me all the time about posting msm stuff. I didn't have the slightest idea of anything concerning the ME. So I jumped in whole heart-ed-ly with links
he supplied to news sources on the ME. What I think most people don't realize is that most people in the US were just like me, they know absolutely nothing about the ME. After months of trying to figure it all
out I came away severely depressed. At one point I even quit moderating but at his insistence came back only to months later leave again and I haven't been back since. Essentially most people assume this is just a Shiite and Sunni conflict when in reality they are just the majority conflict, there are hundreds of minority factions fighting each other also. It's extremely in depth and leaves your head spinning just trying to sort them all out and which ones are fighting which. A lot of these minority factions who ultimately get drawn into the majority faction fights....based on which side they deem will better rule over them because ultimately they are a minority and will never actually rule themselves
except in their little spot in the world among themselves but the majority ruler will always be the prominent ruler of the country overall. It's when the two majority parties in a country who start to disagree that things go bad. This is what happened in Yemen and they sprung into a civil war against
each other. So now you have the two major groups up against themselves and their tiny little tribal factions in the country picking sides according to whom they wish to come out the leader. You top that
off with two separate factions who tried forming their own governments in other countries and got run out, namely Al-Qaeda and the Islamic State who fled to Yemen. So now you have two major parties going at it, their little tribal bunches and two outside forces trying to gain territory in their countries. Usually in a civil war you have what was considered the legitimate government fighting a rebel group whom form what they considered their own government. When the rebel government side started winning things got concerning, especially when they took control of a major port of export for several countries and then threatened they would not stop there but would continue on into Saudi Arabia. The United States was already involved enough as it was chasing into Yemen to try and finish off Al-Qaeda and ISIS fighters who fled there. You take that and couple it with the fact that the American people are tired of being drawn into conflict over there going into another country wasn't viewed as a favorable option. So when Obama was president he got them to agree that it should be the leaders of the ME who form together and make decisions concerning what to do in these types of situations instead of depending on the US to go in and fight their battles. That is exactly what happened in Yemen. If I remember right it was seven countries decided to act against the rebels, it wasn't just a SA thing. As a matter of fact it was when these countries got involved that at times they have been able to broker cease fires to bring in much needed food, medicine and supplies to civilians who had been suffering for years under the civil war. It can also be attributed to these countries intervention a cease fire with a truce agreement that would have ultimately lead to the designation of regional states that could be governed on their own by the various factions but the rebel group ended up ultimately turning them down. As these countries help the government regain control and liberate more area's from the rebels more and more food and supplies are brought in that start to help feed and provide medicine to those who have been without it for years now. It's by the rebels own choosing to continue on with the war then to settle into a negotiable resolution, you find this quite a lot across the middle east, it's always some group who does't want the other group to have any type of sovereignty or self govern-ship. Or it's as simple as some tiny tribe who always wants to be a thorn in another tribe's side. It never ends over there. These groups usually all have acronyms to them, it's the KPP VS MZT's or ABC's vs XYZ's, it's totally crazy, there is literally dozens of them. Why though you wonder most people don't hear all that? Because we don't go to bat for these tiny little groups who undermine the systems we are always involved somehow with the bigger battles....at least up until this one, where worn out Americans said look get the ME to form a coalition and let them decide the fate of the ME and that's where this is ultimately at. For the most part unless it's chasing Al Qaeda, ISIS or protecting Kurds Americans basically want their hands washed of it. So it's up to the countries who are stable in the ME to decide what to do when one becomes unstable or their actions could lead to further unsuitability of the ME or in the ME as a whole and what actions need to be taken to prevent it. Two others factors one has to take concerning the sale of weapons, it wouldn't matter if the US didn't sell anybody weapons in the ME because some other country like Russia would just turn around and do it anyway...and if Russia didn't they'd all just take to hand to hand combat because that's just how crazy they all are over there but everyone loves to pick their villains and that usually happens based on the propaganda spread by the MSM and not how things truly roll over there. Like I said once you sit and figure it all out you'll come away depressed knowing there is no answers, there really isn't.

Man I feel you. I been screaming the same thing but even if it took the one journalist, I am at least happy that attention has been turned and ppl are taking a side against the Saudis. We'll take it, right? Now look at yesterday, 63-37 Senate voting to hopefully stop aid for Saudis in Yemen. YIPEE!! Yes it should have happened faster, yes our priorities as a nation are excruciatingly twisted, but I'll take this fact that there is a recent move in the right direction

I am no fan of the Government of Saudi Arabia, and agree with you, but the hypocrisy of the Turkish Government to tell on Saudi Arabia for Killing a Journalist is unreal, The Turkish Government arrests Journalists second to China, they have killed Journalists, one American Journalists, not a word was said, and I'm being technical over the intent vs. the outcome, There is alot to not like, How about S.A getting a seat on the Human Riights in the whatever it's called department, that one too is a mind blower

Thanks Shepz, Iread your post about the dismal state of Steemit, cheer up every thing good goes to absolute fucking shit, that's why I have always been a huge fan of Punk Rock, you know it's going to end badly going in, everything in my life poetically ends badly so when things go south, fuck it. The good thing we can do with Steemit is bounce our posts off here, maybe even growing a Facebook page, censorship and all, but I like this better than having a web page through word press. I'm 46 and I have over a 90% failure rate, the bodies going out next I bet, There's Glory even when shit goes bad!

LOL I like your style bro, fuck it, I am 52 going on 53 years old, and more real than the tossers on here jerking off over each other. I hear ya bro, BUT it could have been so much better on here, if only they were not so fucking arrogant!

I think it's because of all the artists, or artistes, which is my American way of saying arrogant tossers, I think they might be heavy on the content creation side, but because of the content of what we write about it's never been popular especially 10 years ago,now it's more mainstream, but that brings with it new problems, there is nothing better than a big working class Fuck You, MotherFuckers! Especially to the Petite bourgeoisie that jam up the block chain 😱😎

They will still do recipe posts, they will still do moronic shit, I feel alienated from "them" good, they can go fuck themselves lol, I would rather be me than a brain dead moron who has to go and make something, for someone else. That almost makes me sound opposite to you, trust me I am not,, they promote morons, I like to promote smart people like you.

What if it took 3 more years to get past this dip in the road? I actually stopped using Facebook and replaced it with Steemit and cut my FB usage by 99%, I hated coming here with zero, I have a page with over 90,000 people on it, it's been heavily shadow banned for well over 2years now, I think groups like informationwar are going to build up over time and next thing you know they will have 1,000's of curation vote's etc.just my luck Steem would bottom out, that's a huge pisser, especially for the cryptophiles that work hard for a living and their Steem account is actually the only savings account they have, hw did crypto crash so hard? It reminds me when silver rocketed to 50$ an ounce and it's been in the shitter ever since, but I was hoping maybe if crypto tanks like it has this could be a good time to buy in and hold on for the next wave up. LoL yeah the feeds are a trip, just like FB people putting on snapshots of dinner and a ton if trivial shit, well here's to hope, hope shit improves and this is the place to be!

I want them to fix it for new users to have a voice again, it is not asking for the world, nor the moon.
Any growth relies on new users. They have silenced them, and effectively ended any future growth.
The arrogance of them, the few on here as to who should be able to speak, comment or vote, is beyond contemptuous.

If nobody speaks up for them, the little people, we are well and truly fucked.
