But the Man that does the programming I told you about travels to Israel to teach English every year. He keeps notes on his computer in Hebrew. He coaches me some, when I get in a bind.

Well, Mrs. J has the hair-brained thought that we could start that business together since it costs very little in time and money to get started, similar to real estate which we built into a great business. We want something we can work at out of our home. Well, I want something we can work FROM home.
We talked about him, he is the programmer.
She may be right, I have also heard good things about house inspection, they might work well together....
I did Ebay from home, about 4 hours a week, I made about $800 a month.
:)>House inspectors, yes we dealt with scores of them in the real estate business on hundreds of houses and that's a no go. It takes many years of training, schooling and experience. Not to mention tons of travel and costs. Plus you need to be an expert in several fields like electrician.
The Programmer. I don't remember talking about him. where is he at? how do you know him?
He is the one the DOD comes to when they have a software failure or security breach. He disassembles viruses to see how they wrote them, and takes the code innovation, and uses it for himself. He keeps the viruses stored on a Sun system.
There is travel for sure.
