They are useful for a lot of things!

Where did you read about that, Popular Mechanics?
That one came out of the grey matter.
I want one, but I don't want to pay $5,000.00 for it. You need freezing temp, and a hard vacuum.

Great way to preserve food, freeze dry it, then put it in glass jars.
